FP&A Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

Main Purpose

Centre of Excellence (CoE) team is designed to be the experts on operations - owning end-to-end management reporting, providing data, and turning it into insights to support performance. The team aims to scale up Data and Analytics through data harmonization, report optimization and value creation for the business. The team supports highly standardized processes across Business Units (BU) to enable BU to drive critical interventions and act as process expertise data & analytics.

The Data & Analytics Manager be responsible in the end-to-end delivery of data (strategy, catalogue, and lake) and analytics (diagnostics, predictive, and prescriptive) pillars for Greater Asia (more specifically Vietnam) – fronting both global and local capabilities. This role will help set up and implement solid data architecture, analytics, performance management platform for Total Finance and Unilever Leadership Teams in Vietnam and in other markets of Greater Asia.

Main Accountabilities

Lead and implement Integrated Analytics:

• Responsible to lead and implement Integrated Analytics includes Financial performance (P&L, Growth analysis, Investment analysis, Channel Profitability, Gross Margin Variance Analysis, etc..) and Business Performance (Market share, Media Effectiveness, etc…)
• Work with Finance Business Partner to understand the key business questions
• Design and demonstrate the answers to business questions into analytics products
• Design and structure data architecture behind the analytics
• Build User Journey and experience using MS Power BI or other relevant platforms
• Test and Launch analytics products with VN/regional/global teams
• Work with Finance Business partners to drive adoptions.
• Champion for both Vietnam and Greater Asia Performance Management Analytics dashboards
• Work with regional and global teams on initiatives and implementation of new analytics products

Governance and control of related data and tools

• Ensure data accuracy across all reports
• Ensure that reports and platforms remain fit for purpose and creates value to the business

Team management and stakeholder engagement with global counterparts and local business partners.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in Finance or Data & analytics role
• Knowledgeable on visualization and automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, etc.
• Fluent in English (both speaking and written)
• Communication and problem-solving skills, work well under high pressure
• Project management skill
• Analytical, Logical and Critical thinking
