JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess and Manage Risk: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits to maintain healthy business relationships.
  • Ensure Timely Payments: To prevent overdue accounts.
  • Support Distributor Profitability: Partner with the Customer Development team to help distributors achieve sustainable growth.
  • Monitor Financial Security: Oversee collateral to protect company interests.
  • Manage Bad Debt: Calculate provisions and maintain accurate records of bad debt expenses across all customers.
  • Forecast and Report: Provide monthly forecasts of overdue to support informed decision-making and next action required.
  • Manage Account Closures: Ensure smooth settlement processes with no Bad Debt.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Finance and Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Finance with strong analytical skills
  • Strategic, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience working with large complex data from multiple sources.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in presenting to and communicating with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
