Purpose of the Job
As theAssistant Procurement Manager: Flexible Packaging, North America, you will be responsible forsupportingthe development and execution ofourFlexible Packagingsupply strategy to meet Unilever’sNorth Americanneeds. Spanning across Unilever’s multiple categories, this role will be responsible for leading stakeholder engagements, both internal and external, in delivering againstUnilever’smultiple programs and business goals.

Free Cash Flow: Strategic big bets delivery, Implementing Smart Buying tools
Partnership & Innovation: Operational Excellence: quality & service, resilience, spec sign-off, Responsible Sourcing Policy compliance, Quality compliance, Forecast Accuracy, etc.
Support ofSavings ideation (5S, design to value)programs unlocking value for ULfor years to come
Deliver the sustainability ambition for NA plastics: recyclability, post-consumer resin (PCR) and reusability.
What You’ll NeedToSucceed:
BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Supply ChainMgmt, Engineering or relatable subject. MBA is a plus
Very Strong Analytical, Interpretation and Communication skills: data/information analysis and presentation. Ability to read markets and convey findings along with recommendations, to the business
Proficiency in English
Comfort with systems: MS Excel, MS PPT,SAP, CLM (or similar contract management system)
Pro-active, Complex stakeholder management & communication experience: across ranks and functions
Knowledge andexperience forecasting, planning processes, market operations, supply chains
On the feet thinking, crisis management skills
