We are looking for an
Assistant Production Manager- Cost Deployment Pillar to work in our Besan Factory located in Tuzla-İstanbul.

JOB SUMMARY

Establishing a cost reduction program and finding opportunities to map out production strategy to make more profit under the given condition by focusing opportunity losses.

CD Pillar Key Accountability:

  • Developing systematic tools to identify waste & losses, their location and causes
  • Data collection to identify the improvement opportunities
  • Projects on new data collection methodologies
  • Identifies major losses and wastes
  • Converting big data to understandable values
  • Creating A-B Matrix
  • Cooperates between finance and other factory teams
  • Creating C-D Matrix
  • Tracking the factory budget
  • Applying WCM methodology to create projects for cost reduction
  • Creating E Matrix
  • Following the saving projects within the factory to obtain the expected results
  • Creating F Matrix
  • Managing obsoletes:
    • Leads the target setting process
    • Monitors and reports progress
    • Takes disposal decisions and oversees their implementation
  • Factory Master planning:
    • Creating factory road map with ManEx team accMat deep dives

Production Key Accountability:

  • Area leader of 3 blue-collar employees in the Knorr & Lipton Palletization Area
  • Responsible for the safety of the area and the employees
  • Updating risk analysis
  • Eliminating the risks in the ar
  • Creating synergy with the blue collars about safety
  • Keeping track of the performance of the palletization robots and the conveyor lines in the area
  • Supportive responsible for the quality KPI “Pallet Non-conformance”
  • Creating Autonomous Maintenance plan for the area and keeping track of the Professional Maintenance activities
  • Having work analysis on the equipment and the operator and preparing improvement projects
  • Following the saving projects within the factory to obtain the expected results
  • Coding machines responsible of the factory
  • Responsible for 1 blue-collar employee
  • Keeping track of the stocks of the machines and the supplies
  • Preparing performance improvement projects on the coding machines
  • Supportive responsible for the quality KPI “D-incident” for coding incidents and creating projects for the improvement

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Analytical thinking
  • WCM methodology
  • Understanding of overall line efficiency-OLE (%) and evaluation of losses
  • Output reliability understanding and management-OR (%)
  • Cost governance with productivity measurements- manhour/ton
  • Stratifying and prioritizing of the losses
  • Cooperating and managing of factory teams in terms of their cost
  • Setting Targets for the factory teams
  • NVAA Analyzing
  • Cost Deploying and Managing
  • Muda (NVAA) Eliminating
  • Living (or willing to live) in Tuzla-İstanbul.
