Project Business Partner Finance/Supply Chain

As a project business partner you are driving value through leading and executing high value interventions in the supply chain finance area. You will be a key enabler in driving transparency to the cost -area through digitalization and automatization. You will unlock performance insights by designing and implementing a sustainable cost performance model in the local context. Additionally, you will be the center of gravity for building relationships between business and finance-teams empowering them to establish open information flows.  The role requires a high level of independence and proactiveness as well as excellent influencing skills to successfully execute and own the improvement roadmap. This position is a fixed term contract for 1 year.

You will play an active role in the following three areas:

Digitalization and Automatization

  • Actual and FC COGS overview-reports for MCO PnL

  • Insight dashboards for Route-to market & Supply chain indirects

  • Green fee -reports automatization

  • Automatization of the cost impact forecast

  • Automatization of the repack forecast

  • Commodity dashboards for pricing & DTV insights

Insightful Cost Performance

  • Design and implement RACI fit for Nordic MCO cost performance management

  • Improve the monthly and annual performance-cycles with clear structure, ownership & format to empower performance accountability between CCBT’s and SC teams at both MCO and European levels

  • Execute the high value interventions in areas identified for reforming (e.g. green fees, repacking, business waste)

Relationship Catalyst

  • Facilitate and build a governance framework for regular engagements between Nordics MCO and European Supply Chain team

  • Lead training agenda to land the end-to-end SC model in local operations

  • Deliver end-to-end value interventions, rather than working isolated in an operating unit

  • Share the lessons learned and best practises within MEU- finance community

Previous Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration or equivalent

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in related fields

  • Experience in finance and/or supply chain environment

  • Experience in process design and automatization is seen as a merit

  • Project environment experience

  • Experience from a fast-moving consumer goods- industry is a plus

  • Intermediate Excel Skills

  • Experience from SAP or other ERP system

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
