WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

HRBP works directly with Business Leadership in strategizing, identifying, developing and managing strategic human resources programs/interventions to grow the Unilever business. S/he manages Human Resources programs/processes across geography/business covering talent, capability, learning, performance culture, organizational effectiveness/transformation, and industrial/employee relations focus in unionzed employees

LOCATION: Tultitlán

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 Work with Business Leaders develop HR agenda that directly supports business strategy
 Ensure that best talents are attracted, retained, developed, and succeeded across the functions

 Identify, develop current and future-ready capability requirements within assigned functions

Work with business leaders on people plan in all the organizational transformation efforts of the functions supported, ensuring smooth transition and lasting organizational effectiveness as envisioned by the change project

Drive a strong performance culture across functions characterized

Drives sustainable and proactive Industrial/Employee Relations programs that ensures industrial peace and harmony with the labor unions across the organization.

WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor’s degree

Advanced English proficiency

-Thinker for strategic thinking

-Data master for insight studying to point out strategic planning

-Articulating expert for presenting and convincing stakeholders·

 -HRBP experience for at least 1-2 years

 -Experience to work and collaborate with and across multiple stakeholders and org matrix (local/regional/global)

-Resilience (ability to cope with time pressure & exposure with multiple stakeholders and a wide range of HR challenges –both generalist and expertise)

-Strong engagement, presentation andcommunication skills

 -Ability to work collaboratively with multiple touch point

- Strong team leadership skills

-Strong negotiation and influencing skills Business/commercial understanding

Learning agility topick up organization insights to come up with solutions, new talents trends, etc.
