The opportunity & responsibilities
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR Services team, based in our North Rocks office.
As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will promote the country’s Talent agenda and will bring a holistic view of both internal and external talent. You will go beyond traditional hiring options to provide innovative sourcing solutions that are both cost-effective and delivers high performing talent in the fastest ways.
The Talent Partner builds strong connectivity with the local HR VP and General Manager to build a cross-channel activation and talent sourcing strategy that will be executed by local TA teams and the regional TA sourcing hubs.
Support local HR Strategic Agenda
Manage internal and external recruitment
Manage talent mapping and talent pipeline in-market
Create and maintain talent knowledge
Work with HR Business Partners and Talent Management team to deliver workforce plans, determine key roles that require short-term and long-term talent pipeline and create internal & external talent pools.
Own and manage the internal & external Talent sourcing channels and educate business and HR leaders on the various sources of Talent and how to optimize these according to specific Talent needs; lead the internal activation of key internal and external channels
Work with the local TA team and the TA Analyst in the Regional Hub in delivering excellent Talent performance results: speed on Time to Offer Acceptance, reduce Hard To Fill Roles, and Employee Index Score.
Participate in company’s strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement.
Help find opportunities for senior leaders to actively connect with talent, speak at events and promote Unilever.
Provide direction, consultation and education to hiring managers on hiring process and methodologies.
Understands the internal talent mobility, succession plans and gaps.
Facilitate the transition from FTE-based hiring to Skill-based recruiting E.g can break down traditional FTE roles into skills and output across our routes to talent
Responsible for executive recruitment.
Take the lead for ANZ in Global Recruitment Projects
Bring external market insights and data to shape hiring strategies
Advocate for Equality, Inclusion & Diversity and delivers the local Diversity hiring targets for the market
Own the EI&D Recruitment and Selection sourcing strategy, working with selected vendors to ensure a fair, transparent and diverse hiring process
You will bring
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 5+ years of relevant experience Talent Advisor and/or HRBP within a matrix organization.
Ability to anticipate needs, advise and solve problems proactively
Excellent negotiation Skills.
Sound knowledge of talent
Ability to work independently and a collaborative team player
Genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy. Experience in using Workday as an ATS.
Has a genuine passion for Talent Acquisition and demonstrated track record in delivering Talent Management solutions that drive business performance
Strong organisation skills as well as attention to detail and diligence
