Your Role & Key Responsibilities
TheClubDirectorwill be focused on assisting to develop the execution strategy for various sales channels. Reports directly to the Vice President of National Accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision
Supports the Vice President of National Accounts to ensure excellence in in-store / online execution and delivery
Asesses customer strategies and performance in store, e-commerce, competitor trends and behavior to identify opportunities
Integrates company/channel strategy on category and Customer Marketing Plans (CMP)
Evaluates merchandising investments & Merchandising Strategy
Develops & communicates the execution strategy of Elida Beauty
Develops and monitors KPI’s based on shopper insights to meet brand, customer objectives
Provides feedback on market dynamics & shopper behavior changes in the Market
Develops and implements responses which are specific to the customer/channel
Evaluates request from field sales force for activities and facilitate implementation
Leads execution of plans & activities including customized activities
Develops strong relationships with Customer Operations & head office teams
Executes seasonal campaigns working closely with customers
Drive sales in an Omni Channel Environment, managing Brick & Mortar as well as retailer.com.
Knows the customer in detail and network through the customer organisation
Communicates the improvements of logistics & service levels of Elida Beauty
Works with Elida Beauty customer service to implement customized service in order to serve better
Manages chain specific trade investments & people including executives & merchandisers in line with channel strategy to get maximum outcome
Executes plans on time, monitor and evaluate performance to define actionable learning’s on how to improve execution effectiveness within Elida Beauty versus the competition
Knowledge of the market and consumer goods industry
Demonstrated knowledge of the brands, products and customers
Ability to develop and manage account plans
Demonstrated expert sales and persuasion skills
Proven leadership and people management capabilities
Must possess negotiation and customer loyalty fostering techniques
Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or similar from an accredited college or university. MBA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant sales experience required; previous experience in customer success, consumer goods, account management preferred.
