As NRM Junior Manager you will be responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth for the organization through channel pack pricing and promotions. If you like to work in dynamic environment, know how to read numbers and translate them into actions - you are the one we are looking for.

Your responsibilities:

  • Utilize market insights (qualitative and quantitative) to develop, align and communicate price pack strategies in channels.

  • Support in promo pricing governance and execution.

  • Maximize profitable returns on all promotional initiatives.

  • Monitor revenue management KPIs and ensure delivery of the specific revenue management objectives in coordination with Sales & Trade Marketing

  • Engage with marketing to drive innovation portfolio pricing.

Our expectations:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FMCG company on position requiring high analytical skils, preferred from Revenue Management, but sales, trade marketing, catman background also welcome.

  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Accountable, curious and self-driven.

  • Results oriented and eager to see the outcomes of your work.

  • Passionate about process automation with excellent MS Excel including Power Pivots.

  • Power BI skills more than welcome.

  • Fluent English (min.B2)
