3PM Team Lead - Logistics Operations

The 3rd Party Manufacturing (3PM) Logistics Team Leader is responsible for overseeing Logistics Operations at all Unilever 3rd Party Manufacturing locations across North America. This team focuses on inventory management, process excellence, and best practices within the Unilever 3PM network.

Background & Purpose of the Job

The 3rd Party Manufacturing (3PM) Logistics Team Leader is responsible for overseeing Logistics Operations at all Unilever 3rd Party Manufacturing locations across North America.  This team focuses on inventory management, process excellence, and best practices within the Unilever 3PM network.

What You’ll NeedToSucceed

You’ll need to have at least the following basics for consideration: A Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, “superuser” level of knowledge using SAP with experience in enabling others to use it as well, at least 7 years of previous project leadership or planning exposure in Supply Chain/Logistics with an emphasis on continuousimprovement andhave led teams of people with understanding of performance management concepts.    Ideally, you’ll have experience in pushing technology to its limits and beyond in the quest to find new and better ways of working
