Job Title: Assistant Manager- Global Analytics Platform

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
For Unilever to remain competitive in the future, the business needs to continue its path to become data intelligent. The Data and Analytics team is responsible for building data, data science and analytics as a core capability to help the business become data intelligent and drive business and organization performance. The team will deliver advanced products at scale and work closely with the market teams to ensure that decisions in Unilever are augmented with insight & recommendations wherever possible.
Global Analytics Platform team aims to unlock the full potential of Data & Analytics capabilities in Unilever through easy-to-access, joined-up user journeys across products delivering a personalized and best in class user experience.
Global Analytics Platform is looking for an “Asst. Manager -Global Analytics Platform” who will anchor and lead the onboarding of products and markets on the Global Analytics Platform.
It is a key role that involves gathering the functional requirements from Product owners and converting them into actionable plans for Platform onboarding.
This role will also be responsible to bring in cutting edge features next generation on the platform like AI, ML, Predictive Analytics, NLP etc. and will be a catalyst to help evolve the platform.
Coordinate and manage teams/3rd parties as applicable
Interface within the team with User Experience managers and GAP Engagement Teams to provide a 360-degree offering to the markets and products.
Communicate clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Present the Global Analytics Proposition and help create the brand value around the same in the markets/stakeholder groups
Communicate with users to understand their business goals, objectives, pain points and outcomes
Analyse user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the overall platform user experience
Lead the Market /Product Engagement and Onboarding to the platform:
Demo to products leads, markets
Align and finalize the requirements
Engage with Internal Global Platforms team and Market/Product to finalize and Implement the Onboarding and delivery plan
Go Live and Delivery, trainings
CRs, Issues, Service Requests
Lead Platform Scale-outs to new markets /products
Collaborates internally and works with identified stakeholders to create joined-up user journeys and ensures best in class User experience is delivered to business
Landing and Industrializing new features and next gen platform evolutions (e.g. AI, ML, Predictive capabilities, Smart Search, NLP etc.) in markets
KPI catalogue, Report catalogue & Questions Cataloue Implementation and Maintenance
Assist Internal team in Platform Setup and UX Interventions as applicable
Governance with Markets & Product Leads.
Should also be able to govern vendor resources to resolve escalations, measure their performance and coordinate any improvements required
Works closely with lead managers and LT for driving up the platform usage and penetration
5 to 7years of experience in IT with relevant experience in Data & Analytics
Working with varied business owners / product owners to align plans and deliverables
Working with varied IT teams to resolve dependencies and impediments
Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, Teams, SharePoint
Desirable: Cloud based applications, UEx centric, Power BI, MS Azure, SQL,
Working experience in Data Analytics and Information products
Familiarity with Unilever Processes and various teams involved in the lifecycle of a product/platform
Appreciation of Data Visualization concepts
