Main responsibilities are following:

  • Driving and developing Perfect Store agenda in Poland:

    • Ensure that both the concept of Perfect Store and the cause and effect relationship between Perfect Store parameters and sales results is understood by all members of CD Team

    • Analyze Perfect Store data as well as review past sales and execution data to determine trends

    • Ensure quality and availability of data required for Perfect Store

    • Quarterly and annual review of Perfect Store Parameters

    • Perfect Store input to both channel and customer review/performance assessment

  • Create Perfect Store and sales related presentations and reports with analysis to be shown to internal teams and to customers

  • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.

  • Gather, evaluate and interpret data from internal and external sources to determine best practices for company success

  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management

  • Collaborate with team members and members of other departments: CCD, Catman, Execution Team and others

Required skillsand qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience and a proven track record in area of sales, market execution and/or customer marketing

  • good business understanding

  • high level of organization and detail-orientation

  • advanced problem-solving and analysis skills

  • strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative

  • good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently

  • demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize

  • excellent time management

  • Ability to communicate in English

  • knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Nielsen
