Market Operations is UniOps in-market organisation which will manage day-to-day operations, enable the deployment of Experience solutions and ensure market centricity from design to deployment.

A key component of our Experience organisation is Employee Experience (EX).  For our organisation, Employee Experience is the sum of everything we touch, every day. We can maximise all the interactions an individual has with Unilever over the long-term to create a deep sense of belonging and co-create high performance and stronger business growth.

The Ex Technology team is responsible for creating and driving the vision for the future of employee experience, HR technology and the digital workplace.

The role will report into the Ex Adoption & Insights Manager, and dotted line into the Ex Data Manager for Employee Experience & Digital Workplace. As a key member of the team, you will support delivery of:

  • Insights around adoption and experiences of Digital Workplace technologies like Una

  • Insights around experiences from all moments that matter for employees and the Employee Experience Journeys

  • Analysing the ‘voice of employee’ from different feedback sources

  • Engaging with multiple stakeholders to gather and address needs for dashboards and reporting around experience and performance metrics

  • Working with EX technology, Data and Analytics teams to deliver the insights and dashboards

  • Representing the team in relevant forums and / or setting up and supporting with running those forums

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Adoption & Insights Manager in liaising with Markets, Digital Ninjas and other stake holders to drive continuous adoption of Digital workplace technologies /solutions.

  • Engage with Ninja's, PELs, HRBPs & other community of practices to gather feedback & insights via Focus group sessions, surveys and other mechanisms

  • Work with Ex Excellence & Data and reporting team to propose any improvements to dashboard w.r.t KPIs, metrics and targets ensuring we are measuring right

  • Help track adoption of Digital workplace and its tech using dashboards, and create ways of addressing low adoption (e.g. in markets/globally)

  • Create PowerPoint packs, videos, promotion materials as required to support change & adoption campaigns/plans

  • Work with Technology Services and other platform teams to ensure engagement approach and materials are aligned

  • Support and/or run workshops and demonstrations of new/existing tech / features

  • Work with stakeholders and markets to identify underlying user behaviours and adoption issues and support them in developing plans to drive adoption to improve productivity and employee experience.

  • To be able to interpret data in dashboards into meaningful insights and propose areas/gaps to be improved

  • To be able to define what success looks like for a tech and define measures for the same

  • Win over hearts and minds as your service is intrinsically linked to supporting our digital and cultural transformation

  • Create and optimize new/existing processes in the team

ALL ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years relevant experience of supporting adoption and insights for digital workplace

  • Knowledge of large enterprise platforms and leading platform teams

  • Proven track record of defining success KPIs and Metrics

  • Good stakeholder management and engagement with markets

  • Strong knowledge on data interpretation, dashboards & reporting

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies/practices e.g. Scrums and Sprints and able to demonstrate the active practice and implementation of these techniques

  • Ability and openness to take on undefined projects as they arise and bring structure to them

  • Demonstrable ability in developing and delivering high quality presentation materials to a range of stakeholders across the globe
