MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Brand development side of responsibilities lies with global team including on CMI function. However starting mid of 2021, there are two local jewel brands (Lifebuoy Shampoo in Hair Care, and Citra in Skin Care) brand development team has been moved responsibilities to local team at Marketing side. To ensure the continuous support in partnering as well as consumer research project management, the resource on CMI function need to be provided.
Main accountabilities :
Partner brand development team of Lifebuoy shampoo and Citra Skin Care on day to day basis.
Lead consumer research project management especially in the scope of brand development (ie. concept exploration and evaluation, product/pack development testing, communication development and evaluation)
Bridge connection, collaboration and one CMI view between global/brand development team with local/brand building team (CMI and Marketing)
Strong in capturing and representing consumer voice
Strong in analytical thinking, creative mindset, and storytelling
Highly flexible, easy to adapt, as he/she would work with two brand teams in two different categories
Fluent in spoken and written English as he/she would work with global team
Graduated from reputable university (local or overseas)
At least 5+ years in brand development role in CMI (preferably) or Marketing side in FMCG business.
Solid experience in leading brand development consumer research projects (concept, product, pack, communication)
Experience in working with global team is a plus.
