The eCommerce SMM manager is an expertise role to lead Ali content and livestreaming, including:

Activation
-
Lead Ali Lipton activation planning especially on 618, D11, maximize the resource on Tmall platform we get to drive GMV

Livestreaming
-
Lead Lipton Ali/DouYin top KOL livestreaming strategy and daily operation
- Lead both DouYin and Tmall flag store livestreaming, maximize conversion and GMV

Traffic & PSO
Traffic & PSO central management is key to support business execution team to win in shopper experience. The assistant eCommerce SMM manager is an expertise role to lead:
- Ecommerce BMI management and budget gatekeeping
- Performance media KPI setting and ZBB delivery
- SMM performance media plan input/output consolidation in S&OP process
- Asset guideline development and cascading
- Assets readiness tracking

Internal —— China CD Ali & Social Commerce SMM team / Finance team / Category channel development team / Brand Team / Digital hub team
External —— Media and PSO agency

Main Job Purpose

 The key accountabilities of assistant SMM Plan (Activity,Traffic & PSO) Manager are as follows:
- Act as coordinator and gatekeeper in traffic & PSO excellence
- Ecommerce BMI management and budget gatekeeping to ensure reasonable A/TO
- Set performance media KPI and deliver ZBB saving
- Coordinate in S&OP process in terms of SMM performance media plan input/output
- NPD assets collection and readiness tracking
- Power & COTC assets readiness tracking
- PSO spending review and annual deal negotiation

Experience Required

- Strong ownership and responsibility to lead and drive project
- Strong capability to influence cross function team and agencies to on-time deliver tasks
- Strong ability to manage both urgent and important issues in a timely manner; setting priorities; handling pressure

Experience Required
- Bachelor degree or above
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- E-Commerce traffic experience is must
- More than 3 years E-commerce SMM/Marketing experience
