Job Scope:
UL IC category enjoys a double-digit growth in recent years, driven by up-to-trend market strategy and exciting product innovation. This role will work as a business owner from end to end, including new opportunity detection, new business model building, P&L managing, brand strategy planning, product development & campaign deployment.

Job Responsibilities: 
1)    Business Strategy Planning 
- Detect and develop new IC opportunity from 0 to 1
- Explore IC unmet needs via deep understanding of external market & consumers
- Deliver strategic portfolio roadmap & build tailor-made business model via channels/activations/digital/media

2)    NPD Innovations/Renovations
- Manage innovation & renovation projects as a project leader through agile and flexible UL incubator way of working
- Fully lead cross functions from insights understanding, concept development, product development via inhouse or OEM model, to product launch deployment
- Lead NPD launch plans, selling stories and channel strategies (both online & offline), customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues
-    Manage business case and P&L accurately

3)    Brand Building 
- Tailor-made IMC plans to serve different business models
- Co-lead brand campaign/activations (esp. EC & digital commerce channels), with the full scope of campaign planning, asset production, media strategy, social, content and omni-channel visibility 
- Lead co-branding/IP collaborations from exploration, concept development to campaign landing
- Manage brand & marketing investment effectively

4)    Daily sales and market monitoring
- Monitor product daily sales performance and sell-in progress
- Always-on monitor and analyze competitors’ brand & product performance, support to new opportunity investigation if needed

Job Requirements:
•    Bachelor degree and above
•    Passion for self-development and self-growth
•    At least 2-3 years MKT related working experience in FMCG category, either delivered an impactful IMC or co-led a full innovation process
•    Incubator/ start-up experience preferred
•    Project management experience preferred
•    Supportive and good team spirits
•    Fluent in English in both verbal and written expression
