Main Job Purpose

The key member of Category and Channel Development Supervisor/ Assistant Manager, AHC business team to drive category business forward.

The incumbent of the position will mainly focus on following areas:

  • Achieve distributor channel (Online B/C stores, offline cosmetic stores and wholesalers) top line target (>100M Euro) through identifying business opportunities and business initiative execution
  • Design and execute route to market model for distributor channels
  • Channel portfolio and tailor-made innovation planning and communication
  • Channel price/promotion tracking on a regular basis
  • Budgeting for channel activation activities

This position will interface with the following stakeholders:

  • Team members (Brand/Channel CCD, Shopper Marketing)
  • Cross functional team(China Marketing/Sales team, etc )
  • China Finance team
  • China Supply Chain team
  • China key distributors (on occasions)

Key Accountabilities

Achieve Business Target through

  • Understanding of channel and platform shoppers
  • Plan and execute route to market strategy and channel trade promotion for distributor channels
  • Coordination with internal and external parties

Experience Required

  • Bachelor degree or above, fluency in both written and spoken English, skilful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint; Korean is a plus
  • Logical thinking;
  • 3 year experience plus in FMCG, sales or Trade Marketing
  • Distributor management experience is a must
  • Skin/PC/Beauty experience will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;
  • Self-motivation and ability and drive to work independently;
