We are looking for aDigital Supply Chain–MCO Team Managertocover TUII (Turkey,Central Asia,Israel andIran)Supply Chain Team at the Headquarter office located in Istanbul.
Youwillbe instrumental for the strategic planning and execution ofUnilever’sDigital Supply Chain Visionfor the future ready, integrated, customer centric, value driven, transparent and real time supply chain ecosystem through disruptive digital & capability transformation.
You willmanage the team thatexecutesactionableDataAnalyticssolutions plans and clear value case for all functional domains like Plan-Source-Make-Deliver-Customer Service and E-commerce and connect the dots with IT, Engineering, ManufacturingTechnology teams.
You willbe responsible forDigital Process TransformationSolutionsplans and clear value casefor all functional domains like Plan-Source-Make-Deliver and connect the dots with IT, Engineering, Manufacturing technology teams.
You willorganizetrainingson MS tools, Power BI,Phytonand other digital tools for the wider supply chain community.
You willleaddashboarddevelopment (noncoding) fully aligned with Unilever’s I&A Information and Analytics agenda and RTVA (real time visibility and analytics) projects.
You willleadadvanced analyticsprojectsonMicrosoftAzure.
You will co-create the solutions in Digital Pillarsfocused ondata analytics& process transformationfor working withphysical & digital platforms(Smart Manufacturing)and new business modelsteams(e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, supply chain analytics)andwith internal & external stakeholders.
You will build thetalent and capability withinbusinessteamsacross the organizationas youwill serve internal customers by accelerating their digital projects with digital tools, agile program management and deepsubject matter expertise in digital solutions likeRobotics Process Automation, Smart Processing, Process Mining and Re-engineering process to be more simple, standard and customer value driven.
You will be a role model for entrepreneurship, experimenting and collaboration for the businessteamsand apply rigorous Lean & AgileMethods to build solutions faster in sprints, learning from failures and measuring actual adoption and impact continuously.
In the digital factory program you will collaborate with people from top management-floor to the shop-floor in order to win their hearts and minds for transformation of the culture with TechnologiesPBI,RPA, Cognitive Bots, Robots , 3D printing and Blockchain.
Collaboratewithcompany-wideeCommerceand salesteam in prioritizing work andexecutingthe eCommerce roadmap withlogistics business unit.
Creating digital solutions toeCommercesupply chainoperational challenges with vendors and customer eCommerce stakeholders. This includes the following areas:
Master Data,EDI,System/Data integration to Customer technology,Customer IT,Vendors,Internal Stakeholders,Work with stakeholders to integrate/manage automatic content uploads into customer technology.
Serve as abridgebetween the business users and the IT department to gather requirements, reviewtechnical solutions and prioritize needs
Leadershipskills –Learn and Be Curious, Ownership, Invent and Simplify,Customer Obsession andDeliver Resultswith practical real life stories.
Provencontinuoushighperformanceand experience in digital transformation projects between7to12years preferably in Supply Chain Functions and/or Manufacturing sectors. Alternatively, you may have been running your own digital business and now be looking for opportunities inside a large organization.
Data ScienceSkills,mustbe able tomanage the team that developsdata science algorithms for various sectors using Phyton and SQL.
Strong math and problem solvingskills. As they are neededduring the data science solution generation.
DigitalProcessesSavvyand Experienced inprocess transformationprojects with hands-on experience ofRPA modelling, Smart chatbots,Business Process Transformationknow-how, OT (Factory)-IT integration skills, API toolsand/or Data Modelling languages (Python)is a strong plus.
Process Engineerwho can act as catalyst between technologist, data scientist and process owner to build consensus on thesimplification, automation and standardizationofprocesses & systems between teams anddesign to-be daily processes for future new business models in e-commerce and digital supply networks.
Digital Experience– proven track record or experience of buildingsolutions digitally andmanaging digital performancepreferably for supply chain planning, logistics, customer operations, industrial automation areas.
Factorydigitalexperienceincluding factorydigital relatedtransformation projects with hands-on experience ofworking with OT systems, Data Lake implementation, data migration,digital governance,AI&ML,RPA modelling, Smart chatbots, Business Process Transformation know-how, OT (Factory)-IT integration skills, API tools and/or Data Modelling languages (Python) is a strong plus.
StrongAgileProjectManagement andDesign Thinkingskills to execute projects on time, in budget and with expected results.Agile training is a plus.
Proofof strong Judgement,Drive, andInfluenceis a must.
