The role aims to drive the market development of our IC with meal new business model. This business model places ice cream as a dessert after meal, shifting and transforming the consumption behavior of the very nature of ice cream in Turkey. The main focus is on online food delivery platforms to understand consumer demands, needs, passion and tension points. This role will optimize consumer touchpoints with continued excellence of data driven marketing practiceswithin Unilever, key customers and our online food delivery partners.
IC with Meal is a fast growing business unit within Unileverwhere the ideal candidate will help shape the future of our IC business. Innovative way of thinking and a strongly developed hands-on mentality is key to drive the business. The role will help shift consumer behavior through data led campaigns with a full funnel approach while owning the process of implementation and optimization in platform and out of platform.Ensuring the health of the infrastructure in place to deliver these plans in a seamless, automated way is key.
Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multipleprojects, and stakeholders to help grow a sustainable business. This role involves close work with the food delivery partners as well as cross-functional departments internally.
Responsible for leading IC with meal food delivery partnership agenda – analyze and discuss business performance with online food delivery partners to identify opportunities through Quarterly Business Reviews.
Craft and execute IC with meal market development strategy – campaign journey planning across key channels per audience sub segment, leveraging past learnings.
Lead food delivery platform partnership agenda – identify opportunities to optimize online consumer experience for new consumer acquisition and consumer retention.
Actively contribute to IC with meal team projects to develop and refine our market penetration – with data focus.
Execute campaigns for data collection through consumer touchpoints (based on data strategy), value exchange, 1st party data leverage along the campaign journey per segment
Inflight optimization of communications plan, dynamic, real time allocation of budgets based on KPIs, including AB testing.
Play a role in developing and standardizing analytical tools, frameworks and processes, to level up and democratize analytically grounded decision making at all levels of the business.
Skills and Experience:
Preferably 1-3 years account management experience within online food delivery platforms or QSR.
Understanding of full funnel online consumer journey touchpoints with a digital campaign management experience.
Passionate about data and performance marketing, able to synthesize data and translate it into insights driving business decisions.

An excellent English language communicator with senior stakeholders, peers and reports (conversational and presentational)
Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs in business and more technical vocabulary
Experience working as or with marketing stakeholders/agencies and an understanding of their likely challenges and information requirements.
Experienced project manager, particularly in terms of project planning, and forecasting demand.
Facilitation and capability building skills. Able to contribute to a significant change program.
