Customer Development is our Sales organization at Unilever. CD works closely with customers to pioneer new products, build categories,and deploy best-in-class retail and shopper capabilities. Our Category Management team leads insights into action to impact strategic customer and category growth.
We are hiringan AssociateCategory Management Manager for the UnileverCVSbusiness to drive influence and results across assigned categories. TheACMM performs a valuable role in building a strong partnership withCVSby developing and implementing insight driven recommendations to grow their respective categories.

You’re a dot connector:You will analyze data to link to business opportunities and proactively makeboth strategic and tactical recommendations.
In this role you will:
Drivebest-in-classCategory Management principles,as well as Consumer and Shopper Insights,by creating, analyzing, and presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
Providecategory expertise and recommendations for assigned categories.
Directly manage the relationship with category management contacts atCVS.
Proactively collaborate with Team Lead/Customer Business Managers (“CBM”) on key business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
This role has fundamentalcategory responsibilities to include shopper data expertise, assortment and shelf management, and cross functional partnership.
Utilize Category Management tools(such assales data,shopper paneldata,space planning tools,and market insight tools)to develop best in class recommendations.
What you’ll need to succeed:
2-4 years of experience including category management and customer engagement.
Experience and working knowledge of Category Management principles, IRI or Nielsen, shopper/consumer insights preferred
Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across Unilever and Customer; demonstrate high levels of engagement withcross-functional team
Strong time management, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple categories, contacts, and customer requests.
Ability tomanagework independently with short deadlines, and in a team environment.
