About the Tea Business
Unilever is proud of its Tea business, the biggest in the world, with world class purpose driven brands such as Lipton, PG tips and Pukka. Recently, Unilever decided to separate the Tea business to ensure it can best achieve its potential. Unilever is currently reviewing several options for separation, including a demerger, an initial public offering, a disposal or through partnership models. The Tea businesses in India and Indonesia, and the partnership interests in the ready-to-drink Tea joint ventures will be retained.
The balance of the Tea brands and geographies and all Tea estates, with generated revenues of €2 billion in 2019, is growing and profitable with proven potential both pre- and post-COVID-19. As a standalone entity, the Tea company remains number one in the world and is even better positioned to lead the industry and take full advantage of the opportunities in the category, with more focus and entrepreneurship driving greater growth and value.

We are looking for a Campaign and Creative Strategist to develop and execute leading performance marketing and creative strategies. More specifically, you will:
Develop insightful campaign strategies which demonstrate an understanding of our brands critical challenges and opportunities.
With responsibility for the origination of media strategy, you’ll be comfortable talking about any aspect of performance marketing, metrics & analytics.
Triangulate discussions with our brands and creative studio to ensure performance marketing creative is designed for channel to be purposeful, provocative and high performing.
Overseeing the execution of integrated performance marketing plans with our trading desk and global media partners to influence customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
You’ll work with our business intelligence team and partners to turn data into powerful, actionable insight & recommendations to help tell the story of what is driving performance.
Serve as a global thought leader on media strategy, beautiful creative and initiate provoking discussions with ideas to improve the performance of our brands.
Responsible for designing a strategy framework to sustain creative testing, validation and the delivery of tangible business insights.

Knowledge & Experience
Translation of strategy into action – Competence in leading the creation, curation and evaluation of our media and content marketing.
Experience of best-in-class creative execution within paid media channels – Primarily Facebook, Instagram, Programmatic display, Amazon and Google search
Hands on experience with creative production – Coordinating with Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Advertising Producers to generate high quality ADs.
Knowledge of creative technology platforms especially the utilization of dynamic templates to deliver structured delivery at scale
Deliver data driven insights to the organization through enhanced visualization and reporting capabilities
Recognize deviations from creative strategy framework and action on it to ensure a connected organization
5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the media and creative industry as a media planner / creative strategist in a data-rich environment.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in quantitative field; relevant industry credentials or certifications (e.g., IAB Digital Ad Ops Certification; Campaign Manager Certification).
Deep knowledge and proven work experience in the AdTech, advertising, or media space.
