- Be main point of contact for the Operating Centre & Purchase to Pay Service (P2P) Provider in 3 tier model
- Responsible for retained Tier1 activities
- Champion and be the change agent role for any new information system and process in P2P
- P2P Business Support Center (BSC)
- Responsible for relations with Control Service Centre (Control Health Indicators & Financial Control Assessment), internal and external auditor
- Key user of P2P area for local and global access control governance.
