Your Role & Key Responsibilities
TheSales Ops & Coverage Managerwill be focused on sales operations, processes,strategyandcoverage . Reports to the Head of CCD.
Your Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Vision
Works across functions todefine quarterly objectives and standardizes salesreporting
Manages the sales operation process toenable customer development team'sproductivity
Proactivelyidentifies bottlenecksin the sales process and ensuresperfect storedelivery
Forecasts in-market brand salesand recommends adjustments to sales strategyaccordingly
Coordinates with multi-channel key account managers, digital team, and marketing teams todevelop joint business planning andbudgeting
Maintains and represent CRM data viareports anddashboards
Develops and works with strategy & analytic teams aroundpromotion / pricinganalytics
Proactivelyidentifies opportunities for sales process improvementand collaborate closely with sales management to identify and resolve issues orbarriers
Proactively researches and implementsbest practices, strategies, and industry standards relating to the salesprocess
Provides necessaryoperational coverage and manages different salesagencies
Monitorsachievement of sales quotasusing sales data and tracks quotaattainment
Documents sales processes fortraining and onboarding purposes
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or similar from an accredited college or university. MBA preferred.
5+ years of relevant sales and data experience required; previous experience in customer success, consumer goods, account management preferred.
Knowledge of themarket and consumer goods industry
Demonstratedknowledge of the brands,productsandcustomers
Ability to develop and manage accountplans
Advanced knowledge ofplanning systems,toolsand processes
Provenleadership and people management capabilities
Mustpossess negotiation and customer loyaltyfosteringtechniques
Demonstratedanalytical and conceptual problem-solvingability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentationskills
Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agileorganization
