To be a student worker at Unilever, is a great opportunity to get to know Unilever and to be introduced to the world of business. We are looking for an ambitious person to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team at Unilever in our Copenhagen office.
We offer you an interesting role in Unilever’s Backoffice where you will work in close cooperation with our AR Specialist within the ice cream brands. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to on-time delivery where you will get experience with our financial Backoffice processes like Cash Collection and reporting. A typical workday can range from registration of payments, work with bank statements, reissue and case processing of legal documents and ad hoc projects. You will have direct contact with both customers and our Field Sales consultants, where your key role will be to provide outstanding service via phone and email.
Who are we looking for?
You are preferably in the end of your Bachelor studies, and about to study a relevant Master. Your study is of course your main priority and therefore we offer a part time position with approx. 15-20 working hours per week. Further, we expect:
Experience/background in Finance or Accounting
A high level of service-mind and eager to develop business relationships with our customers
Detail orientation while being thorough and structured
A great team player
Experience in the Microsoft Office package and Teams
Knowledge in SAP will also be considered an advantage
Our company language is English so you must have good communication skills in English and Danish – both written and spoken.
