Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager - Comfort

JOB PURPOSE

Comfort is one of the biggest brands in our UKI business, and it going through an exciting brand relaunch. We want to help consumers build a lasting love affair with their clothes. We are looking for an experienced marketer to join our team. This role is ideally suited to anyone looking for extensive experience landing a new brand position & exciting innovation at scale. If you are highly driven, comfortable working across multiple teams, have experience in deploying omni-channel brand experiences, develop strong customer team relationships, and are looking for experience on a big brand, then this could be the role for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver campaigns and marketing activities by collaborating across functions, teams & agencies; bringing teams together to deliver strong digitally led, omnichannel marketing plans (including data driven marketing).

  • Lead core areas of the brand planning cycle for Comfort, with continuous performance analysis and optimisation of in-market plans

  • Manage shopper brand experiences developed in conjunction with the Shopper Marketing and Digital Hub teams

  • Support the launch of innovation in market: working with your cross-functional teams and the innovation project leads to deliver on time and in full.

  • Craft content with a digital-first mindset and work closely with the digital hub team to deliver this with excellence to consumers, tracking, monitoring and assessing performance on-going in order to optimise and adapt.

  • Representing Home Care within the business, as the key source of knowledge on brand performance and plans.

  • Presenting to Retailers, and internal or external Stakeholders.

  • Have a strong business mindset, to drive performance on a large brand and make investment decisions to help deliver the P&L

  • Be energised by partnering, which relationships that extend from internal teams such as shopper, customer, digital hubs & e-commerce, through to external partners that help us deploy our plans at scale.

  • Display good numeracy & data analysis skills

  • Be ambitious to learn and invest in your own development.
