Unilever East Europe (EE) is currently a business of €1.4bn turnover. We have the ambition to reach €2 bln turnover through organic growth and acquisitions, whilst increasing COM and continuing to be the growth engine of Europe. EE consists of 20 countries, that are organized in 5 Business Units, each run by a General Manager, and 13 factories. EE has around 6500 employees and 2000 contractors (including blue collar). 

This role isfocusing on Poland & Baltics – the biggest business unit within East Europe region, with around 700 employees and exciting business transformationambition.

The purposebehind the role is to co-lead People with Purpose Strategic Agenda in Poland and Baltics as well as driveinitiativesconnected to organisationaltransformation.

Responsibilities

·Drivingregional & localstrategic HR agenda withingCapacity, Capability & Cultureareas in line with Poland & BalticsStrategy, with Focus on: Talent, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Future of Work ad Capabilities.

·Partner with leaders and senior managers on strategic HR initiatives
·Champion and lead for desiredorganisationalculture
·Understand the business in its competitive environment and generate insights about the business unit’s people, capabilities, organizational effectiveness and culture
·Translate opportunities and business needs into requirements for HR solutions and lead the implementation of those
·Bring change managementexpertise to transformation efforts within the business
·Drive learning & capability agenda
·Design and facilitate team and culture building interventions in order to accelerate the desired change based on the identified business needs to deliver the long term strategy and business performance
·Coach senior managersin organisation to shape, develop & drive the engagement and performance culture across organisation.
·Workcloselywithin People Team to ensuresmoothoverall HR delivery

Requirements:

·Values and purpose driven person

·Knowledge and passion for organisational culture, team effectiveness, organisational design
·Exceptional focus on teams and individuals
·Passionate about the value that strategic HR can bring to the organisation
·5+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to project management, strategy creation & execution
·Understanding of the business dynamics
·Proven project and budget management experience
·Experience in cross-functional projects
