Unilever East Europe (EE) is currently a business of €1.4bn turnover. We have the ambition to reach €2 bln turnover through organic growth and acquisitions, whilst increasing COM and continuing to be the growth engine of Europe. EE consists of 20 countries, that are organized in 5 Business Units, each run by a General Manager, and 13 factories. EE has around 6500 employees and 2000 contractors (including blue collar).
This role isfocusing on Poland & Baltics – the biggest business unit within East Europe region, with around 700 employees and exciting business transformationambition.
The purposebehind the role is to co-lead People with Purpose Strategic Agenda in Poland and Baltics as well as driveinitiativesconnected to organisationaltransformation.
