Then maybe you are our new Workplace Specialist who will join our Employee Experience group within UniOps, a part of Unilever, where the vision is to ensure that we bring great experiences for employees while ensuring a fit for purpose digital and physical workplace across the Nordic office sites.

We are looking for a Nordic Workplace Specialist to join our Workplace & Travel Services team. As a Nordic Workplace Specialist, you are responsible for leading the Workplace & Travel Services transformation and the day-to-day delivery of Workplace & Travel Services in line with established service levels and service line strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the Evolution Project in the Nordics, encompassing Future of the Office, Re-imagine of Services, Hybrid Working models and Digital Workplace.

  • Deliver the implementation of Re-imagine of Services, a transformation program with the scope of Facilities Management to deliver employee experience, safety, and wellbeing to Unilever.

  • Accountable for the day-to-day site FM service delivery in the Nordic Offices in line with established service levels and KPIs whether provided by a third party or by Unilever WPS team.

  • Collaboration management: Management of key FM suppliers and various 3rd party suppliers

  • Resolution of performance and service quality issues; escalation to PMU WPS Service Delivery Manager as needed

  • Deliver innovations and improvement projects aimed at improving cost and service

  • Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting of both services and financials

  • Support in Budget management

  • Support PMU SDM in the preparation and assurance of accuracy of various WPS related reports (i.e. Coupa, Planon, etc.)

  • Conduct site business relationship management

  • Oversee and supervise the implementation of various site projects such as office renovations, maintenance works, office re-stacking, etc.

  • Drive sustainability agenda in Offices across Nordic

  • Workplace digitalization to improve employee experience

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have extensive experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Services (at least 5 years) preferably in a Supply Chain Environment or corporate office environment from a MNC or large and reputable local organization. You have strong supervisory skills and capability to implement FM local and regional programs and initiatives.

As a person you are good at working independently, have basic financial understanding and good English language skills. You might have a technical or engineering background, but most importantly you are customer oriented and have an ability to establish connections both internally and externally in a multi-cultural environment.

In this role you are located in our Nordic Head Office in Solna, Sweden.
