Your Role & Key Responsibilities
An externally facing leadership role tasked with building & leveraging collaborative relationships with our European retailers to drive long term and sustainable category growth.
You will proactively lead the development of joint category plans and strategies that deliver mutual growth for our retailers and forElidaBeauty. You will influence our retailers through providing best in class customer, category and shopper insight which will inform range assortment, merchandising, price + promotional recommendations & other strategic initiatives.
True expert of Net Revenue Management,you willown thetrade and promo policy that is drivingElida profitabilityand growth.
Build collaborative and independent & multi-level relationships with key retailer stakeholders (buyers, senior buyer, merchandisers, category planners/senior category planners) to become a trusted partner.
Lead the delivery of Category Management and e-Category Management into our customers by trend, foresight, advanced analytics & insights e.g. store clustering, macro-space & adjacencies - via Range Reviews recommendations and/or other specific projects.
Proactive analysis and interpretation of multiple customer and shopper data sources to generate actionable insights on category risks and opportunities as a part of retailer engagement plans
Tailor & deliver Customer Facing Category Strategies to retailers
Building network of relationships internally with key stakeholders (CBMs, CCD, Marketing, Shopper & CMI)
Partner Marketingteams tobuildstrong category growth plan that willfeedcustomersstrategy.
Deliver key category/customer reporting and ad hoc analysis as required.
