As our new Nordic Project Lead & Technical Officer, you will play an important role in our Supply Chain function where you will be driving the Nordic re-packing projects, processes, and day-to-day operational activities. Your primary focus will be to plan pack materials for production needs and secure stock accuracy for demand planning purposes.
Stakeholder management is essential, and you will engage with both internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with our Nordic Planning Team for production execution. You will be reporting to the Nordic Logistics & Re-Packing Manager and be working closely with external re-packing providers and European re-packing development teams.
We offer you a temporary position, where you will take part of a Nordic team and get a good opportunity in collaborating across borders with various teams to ensure delivery where you will get good experience in creating realistic and achievable plans.
Contract handling and communication with 3rd party logistic providers
Order management and procurement contract maintenance
Re-packing project management and execution
Re-packing activity governance through team meetings with your Nordic team, Trade Marketing and our European Repack Community
Drive transformational projects in re-packing and always seek to improve our key fundamentals; Service, Sustainability and Profitability
What does it take to succeed in this role?
We believe that you hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business or logistics. You have already initial work experience, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics. Further, we see that you have the following:
Attention to the detail
Flexibility in working hours, especially during month-end closure
Ability to manage operational tasks and practice strategic decision making
Working knowledge of the MS Office package and embrace usage of new tools
Experience in SAP (APO) is seen as an advantage, but any other ERP tools is also beneficial
Company language is English so you must have excellent communication skills in English. Danish/Swedish will be considered as plus.
