Unilever is looking for a Supply Chain Finance Business Partner

As a Nordic Supply Chain Finance Business Partner, you are business partnering the supply chain team and play an essential part in supporting and delivering the business initiatives by providing relevant information and ad hoc analysis towards the Supply Chain and wider Nordic organisation. In this role you are part of the Nordic Finance team and located in one of our Nordic offices in Stockholm, Helsinki or Copenhagen where we offer an international and fun work environment in a fast-paced industry.

What will you be doing?

In this role your key tasks are:

  • Responsible for forecasting process for locally managed SC cost & driving transparency on European level cluster-items

  • Drive insights through ad hoc & actual result analysis

  • Ensure that controls are delivered to the standards and that local legal requirements are met in the areas of competence

  • Develop and support in Business cases and projects

  • Drive local initiatives in the Route to Market

  • Manage all the local monthly activities (e.g. local bookings, central and local reporting, forecasting, analysis and ad-hoc activities)

  • Ensure local alignment to the central processes in a European matrix-organisation

What does it take to succeed in the role?

This job requires a high level of independence and pro-activeness as well as strong influencing skills. You have strong business acumen, great financial understanding and analytical skills. As a person you have great communication skills, an eye for details and accuracy, as well as seeing the bigger picture. Besides that, you work with a high level of integrity, strong organizational awareness and a team commitment.

You have a minimum of 3+ years of work experience from similar roles and a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business Administration or equivalent. In this role you also need intermediate Excel skills and experience from SAP or other ERP system. As the company language is English, you need to be fluent in written and spoken English, a Nordic language is an advantage.
