Main responsibilities are following:

Strategic Planning

Ownership on the Brand Level.

  • Understands continuously ice cream market (brand measures, competition, media, consumer and shopper behaviors)

  • Builds and nurtures Brand Equity by world class and competitive brand and communication plan across multiple touch points, so as to win consumer preference and build share

  • Coordinates brand marketing plans: plan, execute, evaluate & corrective actions;

  • Co-leads Marketing activities for Vale Channel

Operational Planning

  • Together with Big Milk Marketing Manager leads the whole Big Milk P&L and whole Marketing Mix

  • Is the ultimate owner of the innovation and activation plan of Big Milk

  • Leads and champions brand communication working with agencies to deliver strategically sound messages in line with communication strategy

  • Prepares the activation strategy and plan to land the message and products on the market on time and in full

  • S&OP responsibility (according to the S&OP procedure); Responsibility for forecast accuracy on the Brand level

  • Ownership of stock issues (residuals&obsoletes) on the Brand level;

  • Price positioning vs competition (channel perspective) / price change increase 

            ownership (including communication to CD);

  • Responsible for presentations of the activity plan (context, objectives, priorities) and trade presentations for the sales meetings           

  • Big events communication to field force: Preparation of  consumer/shopper/category/channel part based on inputs from other teams

  • Cooperation with internal & external stakeholder: CCD, Finance, planning, CD, media squad, media agency, creative & BTL agencies, production houses, retailers

Required skillsand qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience and a proven track record of performance in marketing;

  • Good business understanding

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the proven track of the strategical decks or analysis with the successful action plan

  • Digital campaigns preparation and co-ordination

  • Growth mindset

  • Bias for Action

  • Consumer and customer focus

  • Fluent English
