Job Title: Brand Manager - Foods
Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Lead all category growth agendas for the Brand in Pakistan;
Work closely with regional CD teams to driver the local tea company mindset
Lead best in class execution to deliver growth
Translate Category Strategy into a National Category Building Plan;
Align and execute Category jobs to be done with internal stakeholders and monitor progress vs plan;
Responsible for category at country level including launch management and channel/regional strategy
Coach Assistant Brand Managers in Brand Building skills and competencies so they can adequately evaluate, develop and deliver brand and customer plans.
The candidate should be well versed on:
Channel and Customer Marketing Development;
Building superior talent;
4 years of FMCG experience.
