Graphic Designer & Internal Communications Specialist

Job Main Purpose:

leading the development and deployment of an engaging internal communications for Unilever North Africa, Levant & Iraq

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day running of internal communications for Unilever North Africa, Levant & Iraq . This includes designing and supporting in drafting announcements designated to all staff.

• Support the team in planning, editing and writing content for a variety of internal communications mediums, including key announcements

• Design creative for campaigns, web, email, display and social media  

• Support in leading the logistical/ event management for large scale townhall events involving senior leadership

• Responsible for managing internal digital channels (website, intranet, mailing lists)

• Coordinate with the employer branding team to consistently create material based on Unilever global brand team guidelines

Job Key requirements & Qualifications:

• University bachelors degree related to "Graphic design"

• 2 to 3 years of working experience in communications or graphic design

• Strong English written and verbal skills

• Extremely organized with an attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organization 

• Proactive approach, and ability to multi-task

• Ability to create engaging, compelling designs, and visual identities.
