Shift Hours: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Sun- Thurs)


  • Ability to follow all GMP and safety requirements.
  • Ability to successfully adhere to the current company attendance policy.
  • Ability to safely operate all filling and packaging equipment.
  • Wear appropriate uniform and use all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
  • Ability to work overtime and or holidays and in other departments, if required.
  • The ability to work in other company locations to meet company requirements.
  • Perform any other duties related to the packaging operation as assigned.
  • Responsible for checking appropriate components – bottles, jars, tubes for each item that is being filled.
  • Must weigh the product before starting production to meet quality standards– weight, product consistency, Lot #, and each finished product matches the standard.
  • Perform 10 minute checks to assure the weights of the products are correct.
  • Must pull one retain sample from the middle of the production run.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Responsible for bundling units and making sure the lot number and UPC match the work order.
  • Verify that the coder has the right lot number, matching the bulk and work order.
  • Verify the lot number and expiration date are clearly indicated on each product.
  • Every 10 minutes check to make sure that the lot number and expiration dates are correct and readable.
  • Shrink/bundle products according to case pack and work order.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Verify the carton label indicates the correct product name, lot #, case pack, and UPC as it appears on the work order.
  • Approve the condition of the product (label, lot number etc.) before packing, making sure it is in the correct box and each box contains the correct amount of products indicated on the label and work order.
  • Responsible for ensuring the product is in good condition with the right labels, correct amount (weight/item, product/box: and quantity / item per run) as per the work order.
  • Responsible for counting the yield. Reporting to line leader / supervisor.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.


  • High school diploma or a GED certificate from an accredited institution (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English; ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • A strong attention to detail is required for this position.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds consistently.
  • Flexibility to work other shifts, locations and overtime as deemed needed to meet business demands
  • Should have the ability to work in a team environment.
