HR Officer – Work Force Administration Specialist, South-East Europe

Background & Purpose of the Job

The HR Officer South-East Europe will act as the first point of contact for HR operation issues by both employees and external partners. Must safeguard the HR policies and procedures and can juggle various HR administrative tasks efficiently, in an accurate and timely manner. The role will report to Core HR Lead, South-East Europe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Time & Attendance (including overtimes, leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules) and payroll preparation
  • Administering employment compensations and benefits
  • Organize and maintain personnel data/records and manage HR documents (from employment contracts, to onboarding guides)
  • Revise and keep UpToDate company policies
  • Contribute to the digitization and simplification of HR processes agenda
  • Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance
  • Maintain HR database and systems
  • Perform various HR administrative tasks, as scheduling training courses, logging and monitoring Purchase Orders etc.…
  • Participate in HR projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in areas of Business Studies or Finance
  • Postgraduate degree, especially in HR, is a plus
  • Min 3+ years working experience in a similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of labor/employment laws and Social Security is a must
  • Knowledge on Epsilon HRMS and/or Workday, will be consider as a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken - Level C2)
  • Excellent knowledge on PC based software (Microsoft Office Suite) and digital tools (like Microsoft Flow, Power Forms, DocuSign …)
  • No military obligations pending for male candidates
