A. Main Responsibilities:
Manage the entire quality system of the factory to ensure compliance with legal requirements and Unilever’s standards, including:
- Managing all documents of the factory’s quality management system (quality policy, quality manual, procedures, guidelines, forms…), and hygiene requirements for the factory.
- Updating and ensuring compliance with new legal regulations and Unilever’s requirements within the factory.
- Organizing and implementing internal and external periodic audits (BRC, GMP audit, Hygiene Audit/C&D/T5FZ…). Monitoring corrective and preventive actions related to non-conformities/improvement points of the quality management system.
- Responsible for implementing and evaluating hygiene requirements, C&D validation, HACCP for equipment in the factory.
- Participating in the evaluation of quality management and hygiene system requirements for product innovation projects.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of the pest control program in the factory.
Champion for the quality management system (QualityOne, build app)
Providing timely support for issues related to the QualityOne system (account, location, data, report…) for various modules.

4. Training Activities:
Main responsibility for developing and implementing the periodic training program of the quality department (mandatory training/advanced knowledge and skills training).
B. Experience and Skills Requirements:
University degree or higher.
Experience/knowledge in microbiology.
Ability to read and understand documents in English.
Other necessary skills include:
Problem-solving skills
Communication skills
Data analysis skills
Report writing skills
Flexibility and ability to learn new knowledge and skills
