Job Purpose

B&W Thailand dCommerce Lead drives growth in Ecommerce for total B&W through championing online brand plan in all platforms including setting Innovation launch and platform exclusive campaigns. This includes campaign stories by brand or commercial theme (Push and Pull), content planning, and paid media investment to drive sales & conversions including Affiliate marketing, Live Selling, Online Shopping Events.

Main Responsibilities

E-Marketplaces Brand Activation Calendar

  • Convert the brands’ calendar into operation E-Brand Plan. Create a full view of all activations from BAU, mega/commercial moments, livestreams, platform exclusive launch, etc., in partnership with CSP and CBD. Such calendar would be a subset of the larger Brands/Campaigns 360 Activation.
  • Responsible for campaigns and post-campaign reporting. Evaluate and continuously optimize campaigns investment / Always-on; share results & knowledge. Partner with CMI to design reporting chassis and drumbeat.

Consumer Experience and Engagement

  • Act as gate keeper of Brand Guideline to design content checklist for dCom starting with campaign (70A, CPAS, onsite banners, and other visibility to Brand Lead for creation and partner with CSP and CBD for Deployment. This includes adaptation from toolkit and developing “social first” relevant content that responds to current trends and culture buzz in a timely manner.
  • Build and execute strategy of consumer engagement initiatives such as livestream and affiliates/creators/host profile to deliver campaign GMV targets. Partner with Media Performance to ensure live optimization for budget management.
  • Track & manage the budget. Ensure the budget is spent with maximum effectiveness (ROI).

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • At least 2 years’ experience in dCom content lead in any category/ industry
  • Hands on experience in Affiliate Marketing, Dealing with MCNs and KOLs/KOCs for GMV creation
  • Experience in media performance review and optimization
  • Hands on experience with dCom performance & optimization with budget management skill
  • Prefer background from commercial team of Pureplay

Skill

  • Influencing skill – this talent is focused on briefing needs of content with Content lead team and co-work with CSP, CBD for deploying content and Media & Data lead for optimization of content across consumer journey-driven strategy and conversion
  • Project /Network management – PIC has hands-on experience managing agencies to create and deploy Affiliate MKT, managing with clear process view to operate in sync with S&OP
  • Stakeholder Management – many interface – DC team, CSP, CBD, Customers, Procurement.... that needs flexible stakeholder management style in effective way to adapt with agile wow of dCom.
