Job Objective

Direct responsibility of CTI unit can be classified into 3 work domains: CTI, Claim, and MTI.  Any member in the unit can be assigned to one or any combination of the mentioned work domains depending on organizational and work requirement.  Key job objectives by the work domains are

CTI
Maximize use of consumer and competitor knowledge within R&D work to make sure that all R&D deliverables are consumer centric and achieve intended superiority against competitors

  • Be the guardian of consumer insights &  requirements 
  • Direct formulation development through product testing
  •  Drive in time and action-oriented competitor monitoring
  • Maximize effectiveness and efficiency of CTI capability and tools


Claim
Strive for highly impactful claims to effectively communicate our innovations and technological deliverables to consumers that lead to purchase and positive perception towards quality of our products

  • Stimulate development of impactful, consumer relevant claims
  • Work with regulatory, legal, and local R&D counterparts to identify opportunities and risk
  • Provide or organize provision of claim support evidence
  • Drive effective claim approval
  • Assist local countries in case of challenges in and out
  • Maximize effectiveness and efficiency of Claim support tools


MTI
Convert intended claim content, quality and benefits of our products and technology into various means of expression including but not limited to demos, key visuals, product stories, etc. in a stimulating, convincing manner that yield business impact.  Target audience includes not only consumers but also customers and internal stakeholders

  • Stimulate development of impactful, consumer relevant MTI assets

  • Effectively lead executions of all activities relevant to selection, creation, validation, deployment, and evaluation of MTI assets

Qualifications

Education  and  qualifications : 

  • At least Bachelor degree in science, or consumer science field


Other Qualifications :

  • Experience in product claims and communication, and consumer insights

  • Product development experience desirable, but not essential

  • Excellent presentation skills and digitally savvy

  • Nationality : Any, but must be currently resident at Bangkok
