Data Analytics Support (Python & Power Query) (6-Month Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain existing Python scripts used for data transformation.
• Assist with developing new Python scripts for data manipulation as needed.
• Work with Microsoft Excel Power Query to prepare data for analysis.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand data requirements.
• Document data transformation processes clearly and concisely.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data transformation tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Experienced with Python for data analysis tasks, including libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel Power Query is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Communication skills to interact with business stakeholders. (Understand the issues, guide them to find the solution)

Skills:

• Python programing with data analytics libs such as pandas and numpy, etc.
• Managing coding environment and dependencies.
• Git and version control.
• Power Query.
• Power BI is a plus.
