Working with Influencers has become a critical strategy to win in the highly competitive Beauty & Wellbeing landscape. To help set up Unilever B&W for success, we are building a team of specialists that design & deploy influencer-centric content publicists in our two key priority SEA Markets - Vietnam & Thailand. We call the team “Other Say”
Main Responsibility
Drive Influencer Marketing Expertise in TH market, in coordination with Others Say lead.
Build each Local Brand's Others Say plan, including budgets, VIT calculator, etc.
Building the brand network of allies: agencies, influencers, editors, etc.
Manage local agency partners and coordinate with Brand teams.
Help create bespoke content with influencers based on design teams guidance for their campaigns
Manage local PR & Influencer budgets inclusive of: agency budgets, paid media dedicated to Others Say.
Tracking brand local performance.
Manage Influencer and PR Agencies, and is accountable in ensuring they adapt Unilever best practices
Strategically inputs on Influencer campaign briefs and realigns them to the B&W Influencer Marketing Strategy
Sees Influencer selection and execution with the agencies
Drives Influencer Marketing measurement & assessment
Diagnose key problems and develop bespoke influencer and PR recommendations coming from TRAACKR data.
Define and create the key needed capabilities per market including tech, framework, guidance on asset creation, etc.
Reactive Others Say- develop solutions to maintain good Brand reputation, in the unlikely case of bad press
Create engaging B&W Others Say experiences where we showcase our beauty capability to the world of editors and influencers
Develop Unilever-owned relationships with Publishers and Influencers
Data-driven recommendations and solutions, guided by live TRAACKR Data.
