Brand Marketing

  • Drive health/performance of the Best Foods brand and part of Knorr’s ready-to-eat portfolio.

  • Develop the annual and longer-term Brand and Marketing Plans.

  • Lead campaign development, innovations, activations, advertising, and promotion activities linked to your Brand and Marketing Plan.

  • Built productive working relationship with Customer Development, CMI, global team, Finance & Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations, and external partners and agencies.

  • Manage the Category & Brand Audit to identify root issues and opportunities facing the category and brand.

  • Identify customer and channel category trends, supply chain and financial implications and emerging consumer and shopper behavior.

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing brand budget.


  • Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of the digital strategy and plans for the total Nutrition portfolio including brands Knorr and Best Foods.

  • Built productive working relationship with our media partner, Unilever digital hub, agencies, and social media platforms to create the right ecosystem that delivers on objectives.

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing digital budget.


  • >5 years’ experience in brand/product management/marketing (FMCG)

  • Love for Food

  • High degree of accountability & responsibility

  • Proficient in English

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Strong project management skill

  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast pace environment

  • Resilient & self-starter

  • Experience in managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agencies
