Responsible for the brand’s health & overall performance
Leads the development of the Brand Marketing Plan
Lead in innovations, activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.
Leads Thailand-specific innovation projects together with global/regional against agreed category and brand priorities
Responsible in managing & optimizing brand budget
Leads a multifunctional team to implement the plan in the marketplace & monitors performance of the support plans.
Builds productive working relationship with Customer Development, CMI, global team, Finance & Supply Chain to manage the brand’s day to day operations, and external partners and agencies.
Supports creation of National Category Building Plan based on viewing Category Strategy through the lens of the local market reality.
Supports the development of NCBP by:
Managing the Category & Brand Audit to identify root issues and opportunities facing the category and brand.
Identify customer and channel category trends, supply chain and financial implications and emerging consumer and shopper behaviour.
Determining brand and customer fit behind category value drivers.
Supporting translation of NCBP to a customer – specific Trade Category Plan.

External agencies e.g. sponsorship, PR, media, creative
>5 years experience in brand/product management/marketing (FMCG)
Knowledge on beauty products will be added advantage
High degree of accountability & responsibility
Proficient in English
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong project management skill
Ability to work and multitask in a fast pace environment
Resilience & self-starter
