Position Name: Treasury, AR and Insurance Support Manager

Job Scope: (Treasury 60%, AR 30%, Insurance 10%)
Main Responsibilities:
Treasury Part:
Liaise with Commercial Banks to improve the quality of their Trade Finance and Banking services to the Group and introduce / negotiate new debt / financing instruments to reduce Country cost of funds.
Liaise with the banks to negotiate all trade and cash transaction pricing structures.
Liaise with the banks to get the optimum investment structure.
Forecast country short-term financing requirement and ensure comprehensive monitoring of the cash flows.
Monitoring the Country Forex exposure daily to ensure that the exposure is maintained below the Central Treasury approved limit and taking Forex cover or purchasing Forex. Ensure cost effective exposure management technique via discussing with the banks and regional treasury.
Setting and agreeing Golden Circle limits for each Bank in accordance with the Concern Policy and ensuring that the limits are observed.
implementation and ensure achievement of the key tasks.
Preparation of Country Annual Dividend Plan in conformity with the Group’s Financing Policy Guidelines and ensuring that the remittances are made as per Plan.
Ensure the main treasury policies are up-to-date and assess the viability and sustainability of such policies as the time comes.
Ensure that all company authorities are updated in the banking system.
Liaise with Tax advisors, corporate lawyers as and when necessary, in carrying out the evaluations of the business such as intercompany agreements etc.
Provision of financial advisory via different evaluation to support other functions.
AR & Insurance Part:
Managing and maintaining the company's accounts receivable processes.
Ensuring the organization's financial health by accurately tracking and collecting outstanding customer payments.
Work closely with customers, internal departments, and management to streamline billing procedures, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure timely collections.
Reviewing and ensuring the company following by country regulation laws and group insurance policy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
5 years of relevant experience in Treasury and AR.Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, Process and SAP.
Good analytical, planning, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Hands-on, good teamwork and modern-minded.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
