YourRole & Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Shopper Marketing & Category Strategy, theTrade / Shopper Insights & Analytics Managerwill be focusedestablishing credibility as an expert advisor on the category & shopperbehaviourwith our customers. Responsible for leading the development of the category growth strategyfor each of the categories we operate in as well as leading the shopper insightsforthe sales & marketing teamsto use for decision making purposes & trade sell in decks.

Strategy & Vision
Developsshopper insights and analytics strategy that will address the current and future needs of theorganisation
Builds, develops, andleads shopper insights and analytics and foster results driven culturewith focus on KPIexecution
Insights & Analytics
Directs strategies and orchestration of analytics and insights to develop integrated categorystrategies
CreatesTrade / Shopper Insights & Analytics dashboardsacross accounts to drive customer development and marketing / tradestrategies
Presents easy to understand account narratives to leadership to helpunderstandTrade / Shopper Insights & Analytics
Works with account teams in client engagements to provide product-specificexpertise
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative datato identify relevant trends and produce structuredreports
Populates and refreshes data for Dragonfly brands andrecommend adjustments to selling storiesbased on market trends on a monthlybasis
Monitors and analyzes program performance metrics and effectively communicate insights to other cross-functionalteams
Customer Relationships / External FacingInsights
Presents the category growth strategy & consumer & category insights tocustomers
Develops relationships with retail partnersin regards toshopper data, building trust within the category management spacethat results in a retailer trusting their independent recommendations to ranges for the benefit of growing thecategory
Your Key Tasks:
Present shopper insights & Category performance at monthly team meetings
Monitorcategoryperformanceby tracking market share for majorcategories-keeping up to date thedata/Lead regular monthly senior management channel updates & reporting, supplementing with any additional insights data whererelevant
Act as active ambassador ofElida Beauty at the customer
ManageVoxpopme& other shopper insight businesses to gather key insights for use with the trade externally & the teaminternally
Present key shopper & category data insights toCustomers, making proposals for space at a categorylevel
Manage Customer relationships & 3rdparty retailer datarelationships

Skills and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, or other related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience:5+ years of experience in in transforming data from multiple sources into actionable insights for sales and/or marketingwithin theBeauty & Personal Carecategories
Experience withprimary research(qualitative and quantitative research techniques) anddescriptive and predictive statistics
Experienceanalyzingshopper data and developing retailer solutions(e.g., online/offline shopper marketing, omni shopper journey, conversion rate optimization) that delivers category or brandgrowth
Experiencewith statistical toolssuch as R, Python or STATA
Ability to develop compellingstrategic & synthesizednarratives
Demonstratedanalytical and conceptual problem-solvingability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentationskills
Demonstratedself-starterwith the ability todeliver results in a lean, agileorganization
Ability tobuild strong relationshipswith key contacts withinretailers
Experience & Confidence topresentCategory Strategies &shopper insights to retailers
