YourRole & Key Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to assist the Key Account Manager in developing and implementing a plan per selected customer.
Key responsibilities include the following:
Assisting the account team to manage and build strong relationships with our customers.
Directly communicating with the customer to ensure all processes are completed on time with a high level of accuracy.
Be the internal expert on the customer processes.
Assist with the tracking of JBPs and EPOS.
Manage inputs into Elida systems to reflect the customer plan.
Manage customer operationsstrivingfor accuracy and‘right first time’ mindset.
Keep the consumer at the heart of the plan by working collaboratively with our category teams.
Your Key Tasks:
Assist the Key Account Manager inlanding thestrategy and account plans for selected customers
Manage the new line process for range reviews and ensure deadlines are achieved.
Activate growth plans within the customer's organization
Tracking/measuring the success of growth initiatives (launches and promotions/activations)
Monitor and report sales performance by customer.
Workingwithcross functional teamstodeliverthecustomer plans.
Online monitoringand improvements to retailer sites.
Ensure promotions are loaded accurately into systems with associated uplifts reflected in volume forecasts.
Assist retail marketing teams in implement activations.

Commercial Director + Marketing Director
Head of Customer Development
Key Account Manager
Customer & Category Development Manager
Trade Category Management
Customer Marketing managers
Supply chain team.
Marketing/communication agencies (if applicable)
Skills and Experience
A Level education, preferably inbusiness/sales and marketing.
High level of numeracyand literacy
Excellent relationship buildingskills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven track record ofdelivering to deadlines.
A passion for the Beauty & Personal Care World
Nice to have:
Experience in sales or managing customers.
Knowledge of P&Ls and commercials.
Ability to demonstrate people led & purposeful leadership
E commerce/Digital experience
CCD / Shopper Marketing Experience
Experience in Beauty & Personal Care Industry / working with BPC brands
Professional Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
Functional and technical knowledge
Problem solving skills
Synthesis of data and insight
Intermediate ability with MSexcel
Language Requirements: English
Nice to have:
Additional languages are a plus
