For this ekaterra seeks a Business Support Solutions Lead that is responsible for applications management for the business support functions (HR, T&E, Legal & Comms., WTS, etc.). In this role you will provide day-to-day operational support and management to business teams and respond to all operational functions.
The Business Support Solutions Lead will provide leadership, expertise and advice to the teams, to enable them to consistently deliver high standards on daily key activities. Your main scope will be on HRIS and related tools, which takes approximately 70% of the scope of the role.
Your Key Tasks:
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system(s) and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
End-to-end owner of the Business Support technology, service, TCO & innovation.
Drives overall end-user satisfaction through individual and departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Partner key business stakeholder & leads (mainly HR, but also Legal, Comms, WTS).
Identify, create situations and connect people with common expertise and knowledge (SMEs, solutions owners).
Vendor management and responsible for quality of solutions support & development.
Drives efficiency by utilizing globally defined best practice processes for IT, HR, Legal, Communications, WTS, HR, etc. Following defined working processes and standards in the execution of daily duties and job functions.
Keep the team focused on key priorities/projects by setting measures and milestones. Proactively works to remove roadblocks and barriers to enable continuous progression for the team.
Responsible for meeting KPIs and metrics and driving employee and end-user satisfaction.
Manages service quality expectations and addresses customer concerns.
Identify, work on and propose continuous system and process improvements to enhance services delivery.
Escalate when operations are under risk.
Skills and Experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and enthuse others with a clear vision.
Strong experience working in a customer support environment and managing applications (e.g. SAP Success factor, CLM, etc.) in business support functions (e.g. HR, T&E, Legal & Comms, etc.).
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Proven business partnering and stakeholder management experience.
Passionate about technology and innovations, driven by technical and commercial disruptive challenges.
Excellent written and spoken command of English.
Strong collaborator in a multicultural environment with experience in multi-national project environments.
