Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain, economics or finance
• Experience with ERP systems and office-nice to have
• Strong analytics, communication and collaboration skills- nice to have
• Ability to manage several supply crises or priorities at the same time-nice to have
• Positive and agile mindset, looking for continuous improvement
• English language

Responsibilities:

o Prepare daily stock report, analyze risks and mitigate/communicate them to other departments, escalate whenever support is needed
o Ensure right inventory level at sku level to satisfy the customer service target considering lead times, warehouse/factory capacity constraints, freshness requirements, safety stocks and forecast accuracy.
o Identify slow movers and overstocks, engage business teams to reduce and mitigate Short Self Life Stock and Waste risks
o Ensure accurate and timely creation Purchase Orders for Re-Pack and Stock Transfers between Warehouses
o Track Master Data Quality and process adherence ensure a smooth E2E MD Process
o Coordinate shortages and blocking goods for customers
o Work closely with Re-packing team in order to support promotional/seasonal execution respecting lead times and the deadlines
o Support the implementation of customer specific stock allocation
