In this role, you will connect with, engage and inspire colleagues across all functions to ensure the category plans are delivered in time and in full. This is a role that has a key operational part as well as an increasing strategic side and we are looking for a very organized person with project management skills and also potential to grow.
Job Requirements:
Ability to manage projects from start to finish while respecting deadlines and tracking progress
Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong capability of data analysis (consumer, financial) and insights generation
Capability of developing strong team relationships via interpersonal and communication skills
Responsiveness and resilient attitude
Fluency in English and MS Office tools
Prior experience of min 2-3 years in a similar position
University Degree
Role and Responsibilities:
Help determine brand objectives/strategy, both quarterly and yearly, in line with the category strategy
Craft and implement (at local and/or regional level) the agreed brand marketing plan, by identifying opportunities and responding to consumers’ needs, to be able to deliver the brand and category financial results
Assess and monitor continuously the brand performance and brand health; prepare share analysis per brand as agreed with Category Manager and recommend actions talking into account local market development, trends, drivers, consumers’ attitudes and behaviors in the category
Ensure that all key research findings are tackled, and action points are proposed accordingly
Identify and develop business opportunity when there is an unmet need based on consumer research and best practice of Unilever mix following the proper approval procedures
Continuously monitor own brand and competitors’ actions, anticipating their strategy and possible actions
Understand the available consumer studies and provide input regarding ways to improve brand KPIs (for example but not limited to penetration, communication awareness).
Help coordinate the adaptation and/or creation of all media assets (for responsible brands)
Initiate all media briefs according to brand strategy and allocated budget
Monitor the media spent effectiveness (own brand and competitors) and continually seek improvement
Help manage the allocated advertising and consumer budgets for responsible brands and make all the necessary inputs into the expenses system according to the existent ways of working
Prepare and gather data as required by the Category Manager, regional or local team
Build and maintain a collaborative relation with rest of departments
Represent SCE perspective as project and team member in regional projects
Lead and share relevant brand information with local/regional/external teams
