Brandpositioning & Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a passionate and experiencedmarketeer, to help us drive a strong brand image and build brand awareness.
We know that you have a strong personality, you are extremely ambitious and results-oriented, so we are super confident you will manage to play a critical role in the brand development.
Role and Responsibilities:
Contribute to shaping and communicating our vision and brand mission
Support and implement the brand marketing plan, by identifying opportunities and responding to consumers’ needs, to be able to deliver the brand and category financial results
Reviewing the progress and success of a brand/campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
Offer support in conducting market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaign
Identifyand develop business opportunity when there is an unmet need based on consumer research and best practice of Unilever mix following the proper approval procedures
Initiate all media briefs according to brand strategy and allocatedbudget & coordinate the creation of all media assets
Managing the allocatedadvertisingfor responsible brand
Job Requirements:
Ability to manage end-to-end projects, with great responsibility and accountability on deadlines and performance KPI tracking
Ability to work both independently, but also collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong capability of data analysis (consumer, financial, market trends) and integrate the insights throughout marketing campaigns/business to drive better results.
Capability of developing strong team relationships and collaborate with functional departments to plan integrated marketing campaigns
Responsiveness and resilient attitude
Fluency in English and MS Office tools
Prior experience of min 2-3 years in a similar position
