Cost Controller

Responsibilities:

• Review the standard procedures for reporting indirect expenses.

• Acts as a point of contact for all cost and budget control requests, identifies spending trends and perspectives, intervenes and provides advice to budget owners as needed.

• Reconcile, analyze and submit cost and budget forecasts (indirect expenses).

• Perform ad hoc reports and analyses, depending on the needs of the work environment.

• Collaborates with the Marketing team to optimize investments and the marketing mix

• Collaborates with the Marketing team to optimize the rate of return on marketing investments and to carry out the agreed decisions.

• Provides support to the Sales and Marketing teams in order to track and report the marketing investments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of marketing finance experience preferably in FMCG industry, in a multinational environment. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance required.

• Strong computer skills required (Advanced Excel a must), enhanced systems literacy.

• Results orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Ambition to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and matrix work environment.

• Knowledge of SAP

• Knowledge of Coupa
